In the book of Psalms, the Lord speaks of the blessings that will come for those who delight themselves in His Word and continually meditate upon it. He says:
Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stands in the path of sinners, Nor sits in the seat of the scornful; But his delight is in the law of the Lord, And in His law he meditates day and night. He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also shall not wither; And whatever he does shall prosper. Psalm 1:1-3 (NKJV)

Daily Wellness Meditations are for those who would like to take a more proactive approach to maintaining personal well-being each day. These daily meditation exercises are designed to help you to abide in God’s Word throughout the day and keep personal struggles at bay. Daily Wellness Meditations can be especially helpful in deterring struggles which tend to be chronic or life-dominating.

Sacred Eating Meditations are supplemental meditation exercises designed to help you make wise, God-honoring food choices each day. This meditation can be used before meal or snack times and can be an effective tool in helping to prevent or overcome various food related struggles.

Devotional Meditations are supplemental meditation exercises for those who would like to dig a little deeper into the Meditation Scriptures and get to the heart of any personal struggles you may be having. Each day for one week’s time, you will meditate upon the same Scripture passage, but in a unique way.
